Straps Special- Ella the circus bird

This workshop is for anyone who already has some experience with aerial straps. (Being able to do 2 inverts with bent arms will make many tricks easier.)Together, we’ll work on foundational figures (depending on your level: meathooks, flags, planches, etc.), spinning techniques like flares and center spins, and beats/dynamic elements.

Straps often unfairly have the reputation of being a discipline only for the super strong. But with the right understanding of technique, many things that once seemed “impossible” can suddenly become easy.
